SKETCH BOOK: Making Money With ACEOs

Sometimes the smallest paintings create the most interesting opportunities.

When I started exploring different ways to make money from my artwork, I discovered ACEOs.

ACEO stands for Art Cards, Editions and Originals. These miniature collectible artworks measure just 2.5 × 3.5 inches.

I loved the idea of creating something small, collectible, and completely different from my larger paintings.

And I realized that experimenting with smaller formats could introduce another opportunity to sell my work.

That’s why I created Making Money With ACEOs.

This section of SKETCH BOOK explores my experience creating miniature artwork and introducing ACEOs into my art business.

A NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR ♡

I love discovering new ways to experiment with my creativity.

ACEOs reminded me that artwork doesn’t have to be large to be meaningful or worth collecting.

Sometimes thinking smaller opens the door to something new.

With love,
Lauren King ♡
