• All original artwork and made-to-order pieces are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after payment is received.

• Custom commissions may require additional processing time (you will be notified of expected timelines before purchase).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Domestic (U.S.) shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

• Standard delivery within the U.S. takes approximately 5–10 business days after shipment.

• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

• International shipping is available; delivery times vary by location (typically 10–21 business days). Buyers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes.

Packaging

• All artwork is professionally packaged with protective materials to prevent damage.

• Large paintings may be shipped in custom-built crates; smaller works are shipped in sturdy boxes with protective wrapping.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damages & Issues

• Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your artwork arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork. I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• I am not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once they are with the carrier, but I will assist in filing a claim if needed.
